University of California Santa Cruz has selected Allied Works as one of three finalists in a competition to design the new Institute of the Arts and Sciences. The Institute aspires to be a "nexus for innovation in exhibition, making, teaching, research, creation and public interaction." Final presentations will be made to the client and public in early April.
