Allied Works' Redesign of Eleven Madison Park Opens in New York City

After a two year conversation and design process with restaurateur Will Guidara and Chef Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park, Allied Works just completed a top-to-bottom remodel of the restaurant's original space in the former lobby of the Met Life building in New York City.
In addition to overall space planning, equipment and interiors upgrades, Allied Works designed custom furnishings and decorative arts elements that expand upon the Art Deco heritage and botanical inspiration for the space, and also, an 18-piece tableware suite tailored to Chef Humm's simple and refined cuisine. The tableware, developed with Portland-based Mudshark Studios, will be available for purchase, initially as a limited edition of 300 set directly from Allied Works.
An initial VIP service took place on Sunday, October 8th, with regular service resuming on the 9th. The relaunch has sparked considerable interest in the design and culinary worlds in New York and beyond. Links to articles in The New York Times and Architectural Digest are below:
